Welcome to Advexsystem website (the "Site", "advexsystem.com"). 

The site is managed and operated by UCFT- Ukrainian Center for Future Technologies under its trading mark - Advexsystem (the "Company", "Advexsystem", "Advex", "UCFT"). 

Your use of this site means that you accept these terms, conditions and any subsequent changes.

Services Provided

- STF Service
The product consists of email alerts generated by the proprietary mathematically biased trading System (the "System", the "Trading System", the "Advex Trading System", the "Advexsystem Trading System").
Advexsystem delivers the forex short-term forecasts ("STF", "the Forecasts") that are are emailed to clients directly on 5-min. charts and are intended for short-term or day trading.
One of the main features included with the Advex Trading System is the ability to produce original leading indicators - Advex Forecasting Lines that appear on charts as horizontal or mainly oblique lines. These lines model the maximum / minimum price target positions through time ("TargetMax", "TargetMin") and the maximum / minimum potential drawdown ("DDMax", "DDMin") from the trade entry level.  The forecasting lines give you a clear indication of the trade potential opportunities.

The Forecasts are sold to public on the retail basis and in the form of a monthly subscription.

Time of STF Delivery

The System can generate STF any time round the clock and it is never known when the next signal will arise. It can take several hours or several days for the next signal to occur. Most of the forecasts are generated during the European and US sessions.

Delivery delays

As soon as a trading opportunity is identified you will be alerted via email (or both email and SMS). The delay between STF generation and email delivery ranges between 1 - maximum 5 minutes that in most cases does not influence your trade results.

Number of STF per Month

Based on the past performance, the amount of the forecasts ranges between 6 to 15 per month. 

Modifications

The Company has the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to change, from time to time, these terms of use, the Site's structure and content and such change will apply as of the date of its publication on the Site. 

Refund Policy

A registered customer who has paid for one of the company services or products, and cancels before receiving the first STF, will receive the money paid in full. Since you receive the first STF, all sales are final, no refunding will not be possible. The cancellation of our services by the request of our customers, cannot give the right to a refunding.

Limitation of Liability

Advexsystem assumes no responsibilities for your trading and investment results. Your use of the signals is entirely at your own risk and your decision to purchase is based entirely on the non-hypothetical past performance results, Advex trading system description and recent STFs published in the STF Viewer. 

It should not be assumed that future results will be profitable or will equal past performance, real, indicated or implied. 

Warranty / No Warranty 

-Email Delivery

Advexsystem guarantees the delivery of emails to clients, but can not guarantee the reception of emails by clients and therefore is not responsible for any non-receipt of the emails for any reason whatsoever. Please check with your email provider and advise them that you will be receiving emails from info@advexsystem.com.

 -SMS Delivery

You hereby agree and acknowledge that the company shall not be liable in respect of any failure by you to receive the notification of an STF email delivery on your phone, as much as such is by no fault of the Company.

 -Performance Results

The Company guarantees that every trade on STF sent to an individual will be posted in the table of the System performance (http://www.advexsystem.com/historysig.htm) at the end of each month. 

The record of forecasts is not a representation that you or any other user will achieve the same or similar trading results in the future by using the signals. 

-STF Archive

The Company may post on the Site some or all of STF that were sent to clients.

Proprietary Rights

You will not share the forecasts or opinions sent to you through any mode whatsoever with any third person. If you will publish or transfer any Signal received to any person and/or entity, then the Company shall be entitled to claim from you damages which have or will be caused to it for such publication of the above Signal.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection of these terms and conditions of subscription will be attempted to be settled by mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.

 Legal Risk Warning
